June Assignments
Two new programmes were designed and launched during June.
The first is a programme designed to help managers to understand the changing attitudes of individuals entering the workforce. These individuals are collectively known as Generation Y or the “Millennials”.
The second programme is designed to provide a framework for skills and knowledge transfer within the workplace. Titled “Performance to Excellence” this programme was delivered to a group of individuals responsible for “on-the-job” training at one of the UK’s leading engineering companies.
Other assignments include:
- Executive mentoring for a Cardiff based training company.
- One to one coaching and DiSC profiling for the management team that runs a busy harbour on the Isle of Wight.
- Two courses, Attitudinal Development and Strategic Thinking & Business Planning were delivered to a cohort of graduates at the UK’s largest charity.
- The fifth module of a management development programme titled “Performance Management” was delivered to the management team of a large training organisation.
- A new group of managers at an international engineering consultancy undertook a “Leadership for Managers” programme.
- Facilitation of a conference for over 50 Home Office delegates which included input for managing people rather than managing tasks, emotional bank account and essential keys for leadership.
- The planning of a cultural change programme was completed. This programme will be delivered to multiple groups for an oil and gas industry services supplier.
