July Assignments
The activity level in July remained high with the month starting with an influencing and negotiating skills course for eighty staff at a Further Education College. The course used practical role play to demonstrate how to deal with difficult customer situations and other customer facing issues.
Other assignments include:
- Two 2-day events for central government senior management. The first to improve co-operation, interaction and communication between the managers’ teams. The second to improve influencing and negotiation skills.
- Observer training for a County Council’s graduate assessment centre; the assessment centre will run during August.
- Facilitation of a business planning event for a regional tourism company.
