April Assignments
A team building event was run for one of Europe’s largest life, casualty and health insurance companies. The company is developing a cohort of new sales people through an academy. The event was designed to encourage the team to work together and used a number of practical exercises which allowed the participants to assume different roles within the team.
The event was extremely well received and the feedback was very positive.

- Lifeskills 2 was run for a group of advanced apprentices at one of the UK’s largest engineering companies. For more information about Lifeskills click here.
- A Report Writing course was run for a group of graduates in an engineering consultancy.
- Performance and Development Review master classes continued to be run at the UK’s largest charity.
- A one day workshop titled “Motivating Others” was delivered to a group of managers at a Cardiff based training company.
- A group of Isle of Wight harbour managers undertook a day of coaching which started with each manager receiving feedback from their individual DiSC personality test. For more information about DiSC click here.
