Mike Hopkins

Mike Hopkins is an experienced and adept consultant with considerable experience of working with people at all levels in an organisation.

For fifteen years he has delivered development programmes to the private, public and voluntary sector in the UK and internationally.

Mike’s knowledge and style of delivery make his courses engaging and results driven.

His enthusiasm for the learning process, and the positive difference it can make, is infectious.

As a practitioner of diagnostic and psychometric testing, Mike has the unique ability to understand others and adapt his style to gain the commitment of participants and involve everyone.

Mike has used his expertise to design and deliver bespoke training and development programmes that range from one-to-one mentoring of Chief Executives through to large scale organisational development.

As a founder of The Development Company UK Ltd, Mike has worked with a wide range of organisations including AXA Insurance, Cancer Research UK, MBDA, Global Marine, Kent County Council and Central Government.

Alison Elliott

Alison Elliott is a training consultant who specialises in people development, management coaching, performance improvement and culture/process change.

Alison has a passion for making sure that the right blend of training is applied to maximise the learning of new skills & acquisition of knowledge.

Having spent eight years with a global FMCG company, Alison has gained a wide range of experience from board room to shop floor.

Alison’s style of delivery is interactive and collaborative and she has experience of working with a variety of clients across different sectors.

Alison has provided learning and development consultancy to organisations including Rolls Royce, BAE Systems, Britannia Building Society, Kent County Council and Co-operative Financial Services.
