Team Event
An Overarching Theme to "Challenge and Support"
This programme was run for the life office of a major insurance company. The team is made up of individuals that have been drawn from various parts of the business and are embarking on a new career in sales.
The overarching theme for the event was ‘Challenge and Support’. The objectives were to:
- Forge strong relationships and bond as a team
- Develop and gain commitment to a Learning Contract
- Cultivate the use of professional networking
- Embed a culture of honesty and self awareness
- Develop personal resilience during times of challenge
- Foster a creative approach to problem solving
A series of tasks were designed to challenge the team and provide the opportunity for each participant to experience a different role within the team.
The tasks tested their ability to work with each other to solve problems and make decisions.
The event was well received with each participant stating that they had bonded as a team and learnt a great deal about themselves and their colleagues.
