Performance and Development Review Master Classes
To foster a culture that is performance and development led, the UK’s largest charity organisation restructured its Performance and Development Review process. To introduce the new process a series of “Master Classes” were designed and delivered across the directorates of the charity.
Assessment Centre
The Assessment Centre was run for one of the largest County Councils in the UK. The authority employs 44,000 staff and used the Assessment Centre to recruit graduate, management trainees.
Development Centre
The Development Centre was run for eight delegates who were assessed by four observers.
The organisation needed to create a culture that encouraged creativity and innovation.
Graduate Development
The programme is an example that is currently being delivered to a major UK Charity. The organisation employs over 3,000 people and is currently rated 48th in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers.
360° Feedback Reviews
Before attending an Inspirational Management course, each manager was invited to undertake a 360° Feedback review.
The review was tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements.
