- Establish a common understanding of the terminology of attitudes, beliefs and mindsets
- Overview of the Five Step model with visual references
- Participants will work through any potentially limiting mindsets/how to open others with limiting mindsets
- How to take a different perspective with potentially limiting beliefs
- The origins and background of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- A selection of NLP techniques
- Overview of several of the core NLP techniques including: anchoring, sub modalities, matching and mirroring
- Introduction to learning sets and action planning
