This programme is designed to help participants to understand the various factors which they can control to achieve a better work life balance.

- Enabling participants to understand Work / Life Balance and how it can be achieved along with its limitations and implications
- Simple tools for improving the effective and efficient use of time
- A short, powerful introduction to the impact of attitudes and beliefs
- Develop participant’s ability to monitor stress both in and outside of the workplace
- Linkages to wider aspects of stress in terms of diet, relaxation and exercise
Objectives
As a result of this programme participants will:
- Understand what Work / Life Balance means and its associated benefits
- Identify how they can personally achieve a greater level of control over their own Work / Life Balance
- Hear how other people have achieved improvements in their lives, in and outside the workplace
- Gain a number of simple yet powerful techniques for managing time and stress
- Share experiences amongst each other and gain a common understanding of how greater Work / Life Balance can be achieved
