I’ve found Mike and his team at The Development Company very responsive to our needs.

They delivered bespoke coaching and training for us, using a really good mix of practical examples, theory and humour.

The programme was tailored for our audience, some of whom have little management training.

The consultant managed, in a very short time, to build trust with those he was training, so that they quickly became more open about their own experience, and in turn were able to share and learn more in the time available.
