Building a Long Term Relationship

I first met Mike and The Development Company, a little over 8 years ago whilst I was Head of Learning and Development at Cable and Wireless's Marine Division.

Mike's style is at times direct, always considered and balanced, constantly challenging and thought provoking. I've grown to appreciate his candour and professionalism as the years have unfolded.

Of Mike I would say one thing, if you truly want to make change, to empower yourself or others in your business and you want to move people through their comfort zones to see them embrace their true potential, then Mike is the man for you and your organisation.

As a people developer he is extraordinary, if you enjoy learning outside of the classroom environment then this is an area in which Mike and his team excels. As a mentor or personal coach Mike's calm and deliberate style will add value to your journey and allow you to navigate the "here and now" to move onto your next challenge.

For those of us who are guardians of the training budget it can be hard to justify or quantify the return on investment but in Mike's case it's never hard to do!

For those who have undertaken the challenge of attending one of Mike's programmes it's fair to say that many are changed for life as a result and I count myself as one of those.

I've had the pleasure of taking Mike with me and introduced him to other organisations and I always enjoy working with him and his fantastic team.
