Challenging, Bespoke Training

I have been involved with The Development Company for approximately 10 years. During this time they have completed 1 to 1 coaching and mentoring for various management and staff teams. They have developed and run some challenging, bespoke change management courses and some unusual three day courses that offered a mixture of management skills training and personal development.

The delegates that have been involved have truly been challenged. They have always learned some key messages and more importantly have always been able to take their learning back into the work place and use it to the advantage of the company and the individual.

I am looking forward to working with The Development Company in the future on some management training and I look forward to more successful training and development whilst working with the whole team who take that very important one step extra to please their client with excellent training and administration services.
