September Assignments

With the final throes of summer at last delivering some decent weather, the level of activity has cranked up during September.

 

The Management and Leadership programme for a central government agency has entered phase two with the next tranche of managers passing through the seven modules over the next six months.

 

With the economy slowing, a number of clients have invested in performance and appraisal training. It is essential that staff remain motivated and are encouraged to perform to their optimum level during these uncertain times. Assignments include:

  • A series of Performance Development Review Master Classes for the UK’s largest charity.

     
  • Appraisal training for managers and project leaders in an international engineering consultancy.

     
  • Performance Management training that is tailored to their key performance indicators for a Cardiff based training company.

Other assignments include:

  • Performance to Excellence workshops for one of the UK’s largest engineering companies.

     
  • Lifeskills planning for a five day residential programme for modern apprentices and non-graduate trainees.

     
  • Two days of a four day interaction event for new startrers at a large engineering company.

    Input included an introduction to DiSC , Learning Styles and Giving & Receiving Feedback.

     
  • A two day strategy workshop for a company that supplies specialist services to the offshore oil and gas industries.
