The roll out of the leadership programme for UK central government started in September. Four of the seven modules have been delivered this month. These are: Attitudinal Development, Personal Effectiveness, The Art of Negotiation and Increase Your Influence and Leverage. These modules will be repeated every month for the next five months.

Other assignments include:

• A senior executive team event for a government department head and direct reports.
• Mentor training and an Interaction Event for an engineering company. The Interaction Event was run for new employees to introduce some of the development programmes they will experience over the coming months.
• New graduate induction day for a major UK charity that is a Times Top 100 graduate employer. This is the start of a graduate development programme that will be delivered over the next 18 months.
• A two day, developing leaders programme for an international, engineering consultancy.
• Emotional Quotient profiling and feedback for groups of individuals in a number of organisations.
