October Assignments
October has been a little less hectic than September. A new programme has been launched at the UK's largest charity and work continues on the development of an ILM accredited management programme for a UK government agency.
October assignments included:
- The first two days of a new Management Fundamentals programme was delivered to the UK's largest charity.
- Feedback was given to a cohort of managers that had undertaken an intensive, one-day Development Centre at one of the largest, independent training organisations in Wales.
- Lifeskills I, a five day residential programme, was delivered to over thirty engineering apprentices and non graduate trainees for one of the UK's largest engineering and manufacturing companies. The programme is designed to give the participants a series of challenges that will help them to adapt quickly to the world of work.
- A second cohort of managers at one of Wales largest, independent training organisations undertook the Managing Behaviours module of their development programme which focused on applying and using Key Performance Indicators in their respective business areas.
