October Assignments
October started with the third and final session of a Performance Development programme for a large training organisation based in Cardiff.
This session focused on the challenges of managing and leading change within the organisation.
The month closed with Lifeskills I, a week long residential programme for modern apprentices and non-graduate trainees at a large engineering and manufacturing company.
Fifteen delegates undertook a range of tasks and exercises to improve their team working and interpersonal skills.
Other assignments include:
- More Performance Development Review Master Classes for the UK’s largest charity.
- Performance to Excellence workshops for one of the UK’s largest engineering companies.
- Continued roll out of the Management and Leadership programme for a central government agency. Modules delivered included Leading Change and The Art of Negotiation.
- Conducting effective appraisals and reviews for Project Managers and Team Leaders in an international engineering consultancy.
