November Assignments
With less than three weeks to go, on behalf of The Development Company, I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
During November, development work for a major management development programme was completed. This is a blended programme which includes both classroom training and self directed learning. The programme is a continuation of the Management Development Programme that has run for the past two years for a UK government agency.
The development work included new material and video input for the self directed learning elements.
Delivery of this programme starts in December and will run through 2010.
November assignments include:
- The third day of a new Management Fundamentals programme was delivered to the UK's largest charity.
- A second cohort of managers at one of Wales largest, independent training organisations undertook the two Applying Core Values modules of their development programme which focused on understanding and incorporating the company's core values into their day to day work.
- A two day Communications course was delivered to a group of graduates working for a large engineering consultancy. The course was highly interactive with many opportunities for the delegates to practice new skills.
- A Personal Assistant to the Chairman of an Executive Non-Departmental Public Body was given half a days Coaching.
