November Assignments
As we move into December, The Development Company would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
During November the leadership programme for central government continued to roll out. Five modules were run; these were Increasing Personal Effectiveness, The Art of Negotiation, Increasing Influence and Leverage, Leading Change and Inspirational Management.
Other assignments include
- Facilitation of an Away Day for a team of research fund raisers at the UK’s largest charity.
- A three day foundation event for a new cohort of graduate trainees.
- Transformational presentation skills including personal impact and use of the voice.
