May Assignments
As the summer approaches, planning has started for the graduate recruitment assessment centre for a large county council.

Other assignments include:
- A senior management team event was run for a company serving the UK offshore oil and gas industry. The event focused on DiSC profiling to help the team members to understand their own behaviour style and how to recognise the styles of others. For more information about DiSC click here
- One-to-one meetings were held with the senior managers of another oil industry service company. These meeting were a follow up to a high impact event that ran last year for the team. The result of these meetings will be a series of team events for each manager's team.
- A two day management away day was delivered for a team of managers working for the UK government. Input to the event included a team building workshop and the development of a personal action plan for each manager.
- A one day workshop titled “Delegation” was delivered to a group of managers at a Cardiff based training company.
- The graduate intake for a large engineering consultancy attended a "Personal Effectiveness" workshop as a part of their graduate development programme. For more information about graduate development programmes click here.
- Graduates at the UK's largest charity undertook a "Leadership" workshop which was the final module of an eighteen month programme for this cohort of graduates.
