March Assignments
March was a busy month both at home and abroad.
A week long programme was run for Lahore Grammar School administration and teaching staff.
Agreement was reached with central government to continue the roll out of the leadership programme into the new financial year. During March five of the seven modules were run.
Other assignments include:
- An Increasing Influence and Leverage workshop was run for the management team of a Cardiff based training company.
- Facilitation of a Team Building event for over 50 people involved in crime prevention.
- An Interviewing Skills workshop was run for a group of local government officers at a large county council in the South East of England.
- An Application of Management module was delivered to a cohort of graduates.
- Performance and Development Review master classes were run for a new group of reviewers and those being reviewed. This forms part of an improvement process at the UK’s largest charity.
- Lifeskills briefing prior to the one-week Lifeskills 2 programme to run in April.
- Online tests of numerical and verbal reasoning were conducted as part of a recruitment process for local government officers to work in the Finance Department of a county council.
