January Assignments
All seven modules of the leadership programme for central government were run again this month. The programme has been designed to run as independent modules. January saw the “first graduates” of the programme that have completed all seven modules.
Work also started on a revised feedback and appraisal system for the UK’s largest charity.
Other assignments include:
- The Application of Management for a group of graduate trainees as a module of their development programme.
- Coaching of a group of managers.
- Report writing workshop for a group of graduates working in local government. Prior to the workshop delegates submitted sample reports for assessment.
- Facilitation of a two day event for a team of legal advisors. This included input regarding “the Circle of Influence” and SWOB analysis.
