February Assignments
The extra day in February was put to good use with a great deal of work crammed into a shorter month.
Three separate programmes were run to improve individuals’ Personal Effectiveness. The first was run for a group of managers in a Cardiff based training company. The second was for a new graduate intake of a large manufacturing consultancy. The third was part of the on-going leadership programme for central government.
Other assignments include:
- Master classes for Performance Development Reviews at the UK’s largest charity. These were delivered to both the reviewers and for those being reviewed. The classes are designed to ensure that all participants get the most from the performance review process.
- Management and Negotiation skills for a West Wales estate agent with 18 offices serving the region.
- Mentor Training for a group of managers responsible for apprentices in a large engineering company.
- A Team Development event for a group of 50 people involved in law enforcement.
- Six of the seven modules for the central government leadership programme were also run this month (see December 2007 for a full list of the seven modules).
