December Assignments

The temptation to wind down for the Christmas break had to be resisted as December proved to be a very busy month.

A two day leadership programme was run for the Events Management team for the UK’s largest charity. The programme was designed to provide a better understanding of leadership styles and responses. Practical tools and techniques were introduced to improve communication and leadership. Before leaving the course, each leader drew up a 100 day plan for the improvement of his/her department.

The roll out of the leadership programme for central government moved up a gear with nine modules delivered during the month. Enhanced Business Communication and Attitudinal Development both ran twice with Increasing Personal Effectiveness, The Art of Negotiation, Increasing Influence and Leverage, Leading Change and Inspirational Management running once each.

Other assignments include

Over 50 individuals submitted feedback reviews via The Development Company’s 360° Feedback Centre.

  • A leadership workshop was run for a Cardiff based training company.
  • A “Manager as Coach” workshop was delivered to a group of managers in the UK’s largest charity.
