Influencing and persuading another person requires a range of different skills according to the situation and the people involved.

 

We often find that people have many of these skills but are not able to use them to the greatest effect.

 

This course is highly interactive and will help participants to develop higher levels of influence and persuasion both in and outside of the workplace.
