Effective Followers - Leaders in Training

Believe it or not, most people working in organisations, regardless of their position or title, spend more time following than leading.

It is also recognised that there are no good leaders that are not good followers. In fact, effective followers are often considered leaders in training.

While organisations invest heavily in training leadership skills, virtualy no investment is made to make followers more effective.

An Effective Follower is one who desires to participate in a team effort for the accomplishment of some greater purpose.

To find out how good you or the people within your organisation are at following Download a Questionnaire.

To become an Effective Follower some personal development may be needed. Once completed Download a Review of the Questionnaire to indentify what, if any, development could apply.

“He who thinks he leads, but has no followers, is only taking a walk.” – John C Maxwell.
